Well, a bit of background on me… grew up in Christchurch, went to Westburn Primary, then Christchurch Boys’ High, before studying Civil Engineering at Canterbury University. Used to play Junior Badminton for Canterbury and South Island, Club Volleyball in Chch and some Squash on the side.
Been working in Wellington since graduating in November 2003, before shifting back to Chch for a couple of months before my adventure overseas!
Right into the mountain biking since arriving in Wellington, and more recently some downhill racing in the last two years.
Having a week in San Francisco to see the sights, and to catch up with some people in the Holmes Cully Office. Generally be a tourist!
Canada, BC, Vancouver, North Shore and Whistler is where i’m heading…. need to check out all the fuss over there… Taking my demo9 over there, starting with a week in Van, before going on a 7 day downhill tour starting in Fernie, and then the Annual Mt 7 Psychosis downhill race after that!….. some backpacking in Kelowna and eventually ending up eventually in Whistler for some time before heading to Van for Work.
I’ll try and keep up the blogging, it has been pretty hard to find time, as it usually takes me a few hours at a time to load up a days worth.
